“More good days.”

That was my wife’s response when I asked about her central goal in life.

That struck me as a surprisingly humble goal. But the more I thought about it, the more I understood how profound it was.

What could you do with more good days?

Think about…

…how a good day allows you to get more done.

…how a good day changes how you respond to others.

…how a good day changes how others respond to you.

…how a good day influences your attitude about where you’ve been and where you’re going.

…how a good day fosters a sense of satisfaction and honest gratitude for life.

If a good day can change so much, why can’t more good days change… everything?

Since I began coaching professionally in 2015, I’ve been able to work with business owners, homemakers, office workers, artists, and combat veterans. I have worked with parents, singles, people considering marriage, people facing divorce, people who have experienced homelessness, and other coaches.

Did they meet their goals?

Sometimes.

Sometimes they exceeded them.

Sometimes they discovered their goals were actually different than what they first assumed.

Sometimes they achieved goals they didn’t expect to achieve, so never thought to ask for.

But so far everyone has reported more good days. And in my experience, if you manage to create more good days, more goals will be met.

More good days unlock the power of compound interest, where small, consistent victories can add up to become much more than the sum of their parts. In short: A great life is built from good days.

In my own life, more good days means there’s more of me available for my kids, my marriage, and my creative projects. I have surplus capacity I can invest toward creating more good days in the future.

The term “life coach” can conjure up images of over-hyped life-hacks, hustle culture, woo woo gurus, and social media influencers who take way too much credit for their good fortune. Marketing experts tell coaches to sell people on the dream, not the process. But no one can deliver your dreams to you. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned in my time as a coach, it’s that:

The quality of your life IS the quality of your PROCESS.

So, what I can honestly offer you is…

…a proven process that helps improve your process

…the power of a path, a plan, and a partnership

…a level of attention and understanding rarely found anywhere else.

I take the trust people place in me very seriously.

I understand people don’t seek out coaches when everything is going right.

I know from my own experience that it’s difficult to make the decision to engage in something like this.

So…

Before I coach anyone, first, we talk. We see if coaching is what you’re actually looking for. We see if we’re a good fit. Only when we both feel like working together would result in more good days for you do we jump in.

What I’m getting at is…

…if you’re curious but uncertain

…if you have sincere questions to be answered

…if you need to get a feel for it all first

Simply set up a call with me and we’ll figure it out together. I dislike “sales calls” as much as you do, so I offer FREE  “education and exploration calls.” If that sounds agreeable to you, set one up!

“More good days.”

That was my wife’s answer when I recently asked about her primary goal in life.

That sounds like a humble goal, but the more I thought about it the more profound it became.
What could you do with more good days?

Think about how much more you get done on a good day.

…how much more peaceful and fun your relationships are.

…how much more energy is freed up.

…how it changes your view of the past and how you plan your future.

If a good day can change so much, why can’t more good days change everything?

Since I began coaching professionally in 2015, I’ve been able to work with business owners, homemakers, artists, and combat veterans. I have worked with parents, singles, people considering marriage, people facing divorce, people who have experienced homelessness, and other coaches.

Sometimes they discovered they wanted to change them.

Sometimes they achieved goals they didn’t expect, so never thought to ask for.

But so far everyone has reported more good days. And in my experience, if you manage to create more good days, your other goals will be met. In my own life it means there is more of me available for my two kiddos, for my wife, and to grow my reach in coaching. On a good day I have energy left over to do some writing, record some music, or work on the house. Good days allow me to do more learning, make more improvements in my daily habits, and focus my resources on creating even more good days in the future! More good days uses the magic of compound interest.

Like many coaches, I’ve struggled with how to advertise my coaching services while maintaining integrity. The standard cliches come with a lot of baggage. I feel insincere pushing hype and hacks. Marketers suggest selling the dream, not the process. But no one can promise you your dreams. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned as a coach:

The quality of your life IS the quality of your PROCESS.

So… What I can promise is a process that will help you improve your process. I can promise that you will have my attention and my intention. I will show up prepared to offer you genuine communication and every tool I’ve learned, whether it be from my professional training, my continuing study, or from my my own life experience. When we talk, it’s all yours.

I take the trust people place in me very seriously. I understand people don’t seek out coaches when everything is going right. I know from my own experience that it’s difficult to make the decision to engage in something like this. But if any of this strikes a chord in you. Please reach out and start a conversation with me. Before I take on anyone, we talk first. We see if we’re a good fit. When we both feel like a partnership would properly serve your specific needs, that’s when we begin.
